In this guide1/3What the Walmart listing showed
Walmart's GTA 6 pre-orders would include a "surprise and delight bag," according to Rockstar Intel, while Kotaku describes a "surprise" delivered with the order. The detail comes from a photo of the retailer's product page, spotted by the Nintendeals account and since edited. Neither Rockstar nor Walmart has detailed the offer.
Rockstar Intel says it covers the PS5 and Xbox versions, delivered in a general merchandise bag.
What the Walmart listing showed
Kotaku explains the page mentioned a "pre-order bonus" for buying from the retailer, without describing the bag's contents. Rockstar Intel, citing a Discord user, adds that this would come on top of the Vintage Vice City pack offered everywhere.
Code-in-box copies could be picked up from November 12, and that is when players would receive the bag, per Rockstar Intel.
A Switch 2 precedent
Kotaku and Rockstar Intel compare it to the Switch 2 offer, when Walmart bundled Pringles and a Coke. Rockstar Intel therefore advises against expecting GTA-branded items. To compare editions, see our GTA 6 pre-order guide.
What we don't know yet
The bag's contents, any GTA 6 link and the offer's real availability are unconfirmed. Kotaku also notes Walmart has had trouble fulfilling pre-orders this week.
