1. About the site

GTA 6 Universe is a free, unofficial fan site about Grand Theft Auto VI: an interactive map of secrets, tips, news and an encyclopedia of the game. The publisher is identified in the legal notice.

Before the game’s release, some data (stats, locations, prices) are examples or estimates, flagged as such. The site may reveal plot points or secrets of the game.

2. Access

The site is free to use without an account. The publisher strives to keep it available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access: it may be suspended for maintenance, updates or a provider outage.

3. User account

An optional account lets you keep your progress and notes across devices.

• Age: accounts are for people aged 15 and over. Under 15, creating one requires the joint consent of the minor and the holder(s) of parental authority. Grand Theft Auto VI itself is rated for adults.
• Accuracy: the email address you provide must be yours and valid.
• Security: you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the use of your account. Report any fraudulent use to gta6universeofficial.media@gmail.com.
• Username: it must not impersonate anyone, use someone else’s trademark, or be abusive, hateful or unlawful.

You can delete your account at any time from the My account page. The publisher may suspend or delete an account used in breach of these terms, after notifying you except in an emergency (threat to the site’s security or to third-party rights).

4. Rules of use

You must not:

• interfere with the operation or security of the site (intrusion, bypassing protections, code injection, flooding with requests);
• use the site for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms;
• copy the site, or a substantial part of its content or data, to republish it or build a competing service.

Search engines and AI agents and assistants may access the site, index it and quote excerpts with attribution, while respecting robots.txt and a reasonable request rate.

5. Intellectual property

Site content. The texts, the selection and arrangement of data, the visual identity, the code and the logo of GTA 6 Universe belong to the publisher and are protected by copyright and by the database right (articles L. 111-1 and L. 341-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code). You may quote short excerpts with the source and a link to the page. Any other reproduction, and any extraction or reuse of a substantial part of the data, requires written permission.

Game elements. Grand Theft Auto, GTA, Grand Theft Auto VI, Rockstar Games, Take-Two and the game’s names, logos, characters, places, vehicles, weapons and visuals belong to Rockstar Games, Inc., Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. or their licensors. The site claims no rights over them: it mentions them to inform about and comment on the game. This is not a permission to reuse them.

Third-party content. Published images and data are produced by the publisher or used with their author’s permission, credited where required. A rights holder who finds an unauthorised use can write to gta6universeofficial.media@gmail.com: the content is promptly removed if the rights are established.

6. Advertising and links

The site may be funded by advertising. Ads are always labelled as such (“Advertisement”) and their content is the sole responsibility of the advertisers. No advertising cookie is set without your prior consent — see the cookie policy.

Links to third-party sites are provided for information; the publisher has no control over their content.

7. Liability

Information is provided for guidance only, with no guarantee of accuracy or completeness, especially before the game’s release. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for the consequences of its use or for service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you hold under mandatory consumer protection rules.

8. Personal data and cookies

How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies and browser storage in the cookie policy.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may change, in particular as the site’s features evolve. The applicable version is the one published on this page, dated at the top. Account holders are informed of significant changes by a message on the site or by email.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another EU Member State, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country’s law. In case of a dispute, first write to gta6universeofficial.media@gmail.com to seek an amicable solution; failing that, the dispute will be brought before the courts with jurisdiction under the ordinary rules.
